Job Overview and Qualifications :

Experienced Platform Support Technician.

Must have strong troubleshooting skills with both servers and desktops hardware.

Experienced with OS installs in Linux and Windows.

Lower-level network troubleshooting.

Knowledgeable updating of BIOS, BMC, CPLD.

Swapping system hardware components (Server / Desktops).

Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods of time.

Able to lift 25lbs.

Good documentation skills.

Must have reliable transportation to work onsite Wed Sun, 8am 5pm.
